Great for groups needing to have multiple parents get their signatures notarized for their children permission slips.
Great for group fingerprints, as employees do not have to leave work, the employer can know immediately who was printed and eliminates delays in trying to get somewhere after work hours (during their 'non-work' time & most companies as well. Although we might be open, as we try to accommodate).

Notary: Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Trust / Estate Documents, Minor Traveling Permission Slips, Permission Slips (for whomever), Financial Institution Documents, Deed / Quitclaim Deed, Loan Documents, Seller signature on back of a vehicle title - if odometer is disclosed on it & buyer info is listed.
The notary hiccup is with transferring vehicles. To process any sort of vehicle transfer, it must be done in the approved location (keywords are process & transfer). About anything other than processing/registering a vehicle is permitted though!
About anything needing notarized!
Where do you need mobile services?
Mobile notary services (in PA): Feel free to visit our other website that was created while spending 3 years being strictly mobile.
Mobile fingerprinting location options are the same, minus the state restriction.
Valid ID of the person being notarized is required, even with mobile notary services. If witnesses are required, they cannot benefit from the document. Medical staff involved in the healthcare of patient/resident cannot serve as a witness.
If the patient/resident is on any mind-altering medication, it is not a straight 'too late'. You may wish to consult with the doctor to see if there is a 'best time' to have documents notarized though. Some times the medicine can be withheld for a time. Being prepared with those options when calling for a mobile notary appointment will save time.
Please advise if your friend or loved one has any communication or physical challenges. Anyone signing does need to be alert and aware. We have tools to assist verbal communication challenges and visual aids for sight challenges that may make things easier. Mention this during the call when scheduling mobile notary services, to ensure the items are brought along and can be factored into the schedule.
