Fingerprinting: A technician travels to you and brings supplies along. You bring your ID and any paperwork, if applicable.
Notary: Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Trust / Estate Documents, Minor Traveling Permission Slips, Permission Slips (for whomever), Financial Institution Documents, Deed / Quitclaim Deed, Loan Documents, Sel

The notary hiccup is with transferring vehicles. To process any sort of vehicle transfer, it must be done in the approved location (keywords are process & transfer). About anything other than processing/registering a vehicle is permitted though!
