All Eyes Notary offers convenient and reliable notary services that are available on weekends and evenings in addition to daytime hours. The 10 hours posted, someone should be at the office for you. If you need a time outside of that, call for an appointment (10am-7pm Mon-Sat). (It is common to not have a vehicle there, even during office hours, so just look for the "Open" signs. We live close by!)
We also provide mobile notary and mobile fingerprinting services.
The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. We work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner.
Yes, for personal income tax returns (which can include a Schedule C). No C-corp, S-corp, partnership, not-for-profit or estate returns at this time.
Also assist with rent/property rebate.
Yes, in the office or as a mobile service. It is ink only, on a card. We do not offer digital prints at this time. However, the requesting party can upload your print card to the system. Ask them for specific details of where to send it and if specific shipping info or additional paperwork needed.
Discount available for larger groups.
There is no state restriction on this service.
A mobile notary will travel to you, usually for an additional fee. This is often used in real estate transactions, nursing home/hospitals and Trust deliveries.
Location availability options may vary by notaries preferences. We will meet about anywhere, usually within a 90 minute drive, including nursing home, hospital and jail. (We are required to still be in PA though)
No! Buyer and seller (or POA agent) need to come to the physical location approved by the department for a transfer or registration to be performed.
Exception is if the buyer is not transferring or registering the vehicle at this time. The buyer's name and address are still required to be included on the back of the title and the odometer disclosed when the seller(s) sign the back.
Yes! We are contracted with PennDOT, DCNR & PFBC. We do process online as much as possible.
Plates (metal, but still considered temporary until processing is final through their system - not our system) are also available to be issued and if no hiccups, registration is processed online. However, if you already have the title in your name, then you need a decentralized agent or messenger to issue a plate. We do not have the authority, only when transferring the title.
In-Transit plates available if you are relocating a PA titled vehicle that needs to be driven to the new state. They are a temporary plate not made of metal, to provide you time for transit and to reach a proper agency in the new state.
Exceptions to online processing:
1. PennDOT is not open on Sundays
2. PFBC is strictly done by paper and if its an unpowered boat - you CAN apply for registration on your own. Stickers are issued by PFBC through the mail.
Yes!
Please remember to NOT remove the plate. They stay with the machine.
Yes! PFBC is strictly paper processing and they mail you the stickers.
If it is an unpowered boat, you are able to request registration yourself or we can assist with the paperwork. We do not have Launch or Permit stickers to issue. They will be mailed from PFBC.
No, we do not. That is a completely different business.
